We were engaged as a Production Manager for the annual Singapore International Storytelling Festival. As the production manager, we were to run all performances. Our role included drawing up detailed production runsheets, drawing detailed floor plans for stage layout, designing the performance stage, obtaining stage props, creating an inventory for all stage props, managing performaers, liaising with the audio visual crew, mic-ing performers, design and print lanyards and run technical rehearsals.
